Chief Marketing Officer
John Toaspern has been the Chief Marketing Officer at Potatoes USA since July 2014. Prior to this John worked as the VP for International Marketing at the Board since 1999. As the Chief Marketing Officer John oversees both the international and domestic marketing programs at Potatoes USA as well as the Industry Outreach programs. The marketing programs cover frozen, fresh, dehydrated and seed potatoes and are focused at the retail, foodservice, food manufacturing and consumer audiences in the US and international markets.
John received a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Ag. Economics from the Food Research Institute at Stanford.
